Terence is a builder of businesses, investor, and mentor with a track record across industries. He founded one of Asia’s leading aesthetic chains and a network of health screening and day surgery centers, earning recognition with the Singapore Prestige Brands and Ernst & Young’s Most Promising Enterprise Awards. 

He also launched a private equity fund focused on e-commerce, tech consumer, and healthcare investments, backing high-growth ventures with strategic capital.

Beyond entrepreneurship, he has led large-scale operations, overseeing business development for Hertz in China and managing dealerships for MINI, BMW, Porsche, and Ferrari. Earlier in his career, he worked in banking at JPMorgan across Hong Kong and New York.

Now, Terence helps entrepreneurs navigate growth and uncertainty while serving as an advisor at Clearwater Capital.
